目前我们没有寻找任何新的消费意识ltants. It is likely our next invitation to ‘audition’ will be made in 2021. Our internal training programme is extremely challenging and it is worth reading the full spec.
But only if you fulfil certain very SPECIFIC criteria.
You must demonstrate a clear background and experience in the areas of:
We will be looking for individuals who are willing to undergo a lengthy and extremely challenging internal training programme with us in order to develop as a Training Consultant in our very successful company.
There will be two hurdles to leap over:
首先是您是否满足上面列出的具体标准。
第二个障碍是深入的澳元ition’ with the Founding Partners Robin Chandler and Jo Ellen Grzyb.
If you are chosen to progress you will become a ‘Trainee’ where you will receive on-the-job training, one-to-one coaching and support from the current group of training consultants.
There are already many wonderful training deliverers out there. However, we aren't interested in people who can just deliver good training. All our Consultants work across the board at marketing, client development, programme design and implementation. Consultants get involved in all aspects of Impact Factory's development. We're very clear about the value of the work we do here at Impact Factory and proudly we know that you can't get what we do anywhere else (the foundation of our work is sourced from the skills of the two Founding Partners - one an actor, one a psychotherapist).
The main reason for this belief is the strength, skill and training of Impact Factory Consultants. Working for Impact Factory isn't like working for other training companies. And it's really hard to get to work for us. As a matter of fact, if you've had a long-term training background you might find it impossible to go back to basics to become steeped in our style of working, and we actively discourage training deliverers from applying. Trainers (especially without the requisite background listed at the top of the page) are unlikely to get past the first hurdle.
The process of becoming an Impact Factory Consultant is not short, nor is it easy.
We don't take people through a bunch of manuals and send them out to work with our clients six weeks later. Since all our work is tailored to the needs of the client, we expect our Consultants to be able to think on their feet and respond to what's needed, not what it says on the piece of paper in front of them. This takes a minimum of two years working on Internal Training, supporting current Consultants, working with the Home Team on marketing, proposal-writing, getting to grips with how Impact Factory works. There are no shortcuts to this process. We don't want there to be.
Having said all that, training with us can be immensely rewarding.
It is rigorous, fun, daunting, stretching, insightful, frustrating and will add heaps to your personal and professional development. You will be working with some of the most experienced personal development facilitators around, who have a whole factory full of processes, games, experiences, challenges, programmes, knowledge and a willingness to share it.
We currently offer this training free as Impact Factory's investment in developing future Consultants.
There is no guarantee on either side of the outcome, but the professional and personal development can be exceptional; indeed, may even be transformational.
If you get past the second hurdle (an in-depth interview with Founding Partners Robin Chandler and Jo Ellen Grzyb and a couple of Senior Consultants), we will create a training programme for you which will include coaching, attending internal training sessions, on-the-job training with Consultants in the field and working with the Home Team on Marketing and learning about the internal workings of the company. There are regular assessments and feedback on your development.
If you still want to have a go, send us your CV, a letter, an e-mail, a carrier pigeon: anything that tells us something about you that fits the bill (this is the first hurdle).
Please don't apply if:
You already have a career as a trainer and are looking for work.
You will not be able to put in at least 2 years of on-going internal training in order to achieve what we need as a consultant. Don't do it; don't waste your time. We simply aren't interested in people who are doing it already and are looking for freelance work.
You live outside the Greater London area.
Being part of Impact Factory requires you to be here, full stop. Commuting from Wales, Somerset, Oxfordshire, etc. just doesn't work. We've given it a go, and everyone who has had to commute has fallen by the wayside.
You don't have the requisite criteria:
Acting, psychotherapy/counselling, an ability to work with groups, business nous. You may not have all criteria equally, but it's what we're looking for, what we require, so again, don't get your hopes up if you don't fulfil what we need.
Due to the large number of contacts we get from this section, you will only hear back from us if you have been successful in getting past the first hurdle.
