Aimee joined Impact Factory in August 2016 as our Operations Manager, having overall responsibility of Impact Factory premises, including; training room layout, managing stock, dealing with room hire requests, maintaining our technical equipment and making sure it all works.
She also assists with Open Course bookings and runs the team diary.
At work, Aimee is dedicated and hardworking. Her warm, friendly nature helps everyone to get things done more efficiently around the office, while her gregarious personality makes her a joy to work with.
Aimee previously worked for a Management Consultancy company in a project role, so organising comes naturally to her. Aimee has always been the “go to” person in the office and has built strong relationships with her colleagues.
