Both the Media skills and the Presentation training have been put into action!
I gave a talk last Friday and felt so much more comfortable and confident than I did before and I think that really came through during the talk.
The talk was followed by a few questions which again I was able to answer in a more confident manner due to the training.
The key thing I took away from your session was the need to up the energy to a higher level but to a level that still felt comfortable as well as the need to embrace natural traits and not to try to be somebody else, effectively developing my own style of presenting and interaction.
Something that I had not done previously for whatever reason!”
